Artemis Continues Building Institutional Team
Following the growth of its institutional business*, and the successful launch of four institutional funds during March 2005, Artemis announces the appointment of Elaine Gordon to the institutional team.
Elaine Gordon joined Artemis on 1st August as Head of Institutional Client Service. Working closely with the fund management team, Elaine will take full responsibility for all servicing and reporting needs of the growing institutional client base.
With 12 years equity fund management experience and previous roles including Head of Investment Specialists at Gartmore Investment Management, Elaine’s investment and commercial experience highlights Artemis’ commitment to the institutional market place.

of which £156m comprised pooled investments. There will be
a range of seven institutional pooled funds, five institutional
UK funds and two overseas funds. Four of which were launched in
March 2005
• UK Alpha – John Wood
• UK Growth – Adrian Paterson
• UK Special Situations – Derek Stuart
• Equity Income – Adrian Gosden
The new funds, structured as unit trusts, have similar objectives
to their corresponding retail equivalents. The company also run
segregated mandates on these bases.
