Artemis Unit Trust Administration changes

Change of Registrar and Transfer Agent

We have recently appointed International Financial Data Services Limited (“IFDS”) as registrar for the Artemis unit trust funds. IFDS will replace the current registrar, Bank of New York Europe Limited, with effect from 22nd January 2007.

Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the following administrative changes:

Change of PO Box Address and Dealing Fax Numbers

• Our new address for written correspondence and for all postal dealing instructions is:

• From Monday 22nd January 2007, dealing instructions should be faxed to 0845 076 2290, whilst our telephone dealing number will be unchanged and therefore remains 0800 092 2051.

• Specifically, fax number 0131 467 2981 will be closed with effect from close of business on Friday 19th January 2007.

Changes to Bank Accounts

• With effect from close of business on Thursday 18th January our bank details will change. Please contact Client Services on 0800 092 2051 for more details.

Agent and Client Account Reference Details

• New client reference numbers will be notified to you in the week commencing 22nd January.

Client Account Statements

• Statements will continue to be produced and despatched as normal in April and October each year.

Artemis Client Services and Broker Support Details

• Please note that our Client Service and Broker Support telephone, fax and email contact details remain unchanged.

• Opening hours for our Client Services Helpline and for Telephone Dealing will be extended to 8am – 6pm.
