Artemis AiM VCT plc - offers for subscription

The Directors of Artemis AiM VCT plc are offering investors the opportunity to subscribe for shares in Artemis AiM VCT plc by way of offers for subscription of up to 4,478,263 ordinary shares (10% of current issued share cap). The offers will cover both 2004/05 and 2005/06 tax years and shares will be issued at a price determined by reference to the Net Asset Value per share at the close of business on the day preceding the day of allotment.

3% commission is available to IFAs under these offers.
