- Individuals will gain entry to the Prize Draw by answering all the questions in the quiz correctly.
- Entry is open to all UK residents and authorised intermediaries aged 18 or over. You must provide a current, valid FSA number.
- This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Artemis Fund Managers Ltd (‘Artemis’) and their families, nor is it open to employees of the digital agency and their families.
- To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the quiz before the closing date on 30 October 2009. We regret we can't be held responsible for delays in entries reaching us caused by server or network problems.
- You must provide us with a valid email address for us to notify you if you win.
- There are 10 Mont Blanc luggage tags; in black leather and silver, to be won. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash or other alternative is available. One runner up prize will be selected at Artemis’ discretion and will be non-exchangeable or transferable.
- The winners agree to be available for, and participate in, any public relations arranged by Artemis Fund Managers Ltd.
- Any costs associated with accessing the Artemis website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
- The competition collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the prize Draw. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in the Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, unless otherwise advised, you agree that Artemis may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you, including sending you electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to brokersupport@artemisfunds.com.
